Our Story & Roots
Legato began as a small, passionate dream. With decades of travel industry experience, we grew weary of seeing talented agents limited by outdated models. We wanted something different: a host agency that would serve the agent, not squeeze them.
With that vision, we launched Legato as a family endeavor. Names, identities, and business dreams became personal. Every decision, from tech choices to payout cadence to the membership structure, came back to one question: “Does this help the agent, or hinder them?”
Over the years, Legato grew. But we never lost sight of our roots. Our leadership team still operates with direct hands-on involvement. We still talk to agents regularly at our open mic nights. We still share in the wins, struggles, and growth. We are here with you every step of the way.
